After thorough consideration, we have made the decision to indefinitely delay the release of LegacyCraft for Java Edition. Our primary focus is on ensuring the best possible experience for the Legacy Console Editions of Minecraft at this time.

Focus on Xbox One Edition of LegacyCraft

Our main focus at the moment is the Xbox One edition of Minecraft Legacy. This will be the version we prioritize until we port the game to other platforms. We won’t be launching on all platforms simultaneously.

Why Xbox One? It's the most popular and accessible version of LegacyCraft to date. We’ve hosted past betas on Xbox One, and we will continue to do so.

Xbox 360 Support for LegacyCraft

We’re excited to announce that Xbox 360 support will continue alongside Xbox One Edition for LegacyCraft. Originally developed on Xbox 360, the game has since been remastered for Xbox One. However, there are no plans for Xbox 360 beta testing at the moment though we won’t rule it out for the future.

That said, we promise that if Xbox 360 servers remain active, we will release the full version of LegacyCraft on Xbox 360 alongside other platforms. You can count on that!

PS3 Support for LegacyCraft

We’re excited to announce that PS3 support will continue for LegacyCraft. Originally developed on Xbox 360, the game has been adapted for PS3. While there are no plans for PS3 beta testing at the moment, we’re not ruling it out for the future.

PS4 Support for LegacyCraft

We know many of you are eager for LegacyCraft on your PS4, but unfortunately, support for PS4 is not possible at the moment due to technical limitations in the modding process. As a result, it will not be available at launch, and there’s a chance it may never be released on PS4. We want to be transparent about the challenges we're facing.

There is a possibility you might see a LegacyCraft SMP Basic port in the future, but don't count on it—it's purely speculative at this stage. In our current plans, this is the last thing on our list. We hope this clears things up, and we're truly sorry for any disappointment.

However, if anyone in the community can show us a feasible way to make this happen, we’re open to learning and will do our best to bring it to life.
